Aha!
I see what is up with my 3 view.

The wings arc downward whereas on my 3-view they're straight, along with the nose, the nose bends down.

Also, the tailerons fold down and blend with the main wing. The shots make it look like they stay up even in when the wings are tucked.

Also, although it's not confirmed it apparently has STOL capabilities as it appears in the movie to have some sort of small outlet behind the cockpit, this isn't necessary of course (and I don't think it's even all that much more than a vent) but you might want to add that to it's characteristics.

My thoughts are based on the scenes when Talon 1 (the main character) drops back from the refueling blimp and drops down without even diving, this is only possible if 1. you're blessed with a freak breeze 2. you're planes balanced well 3. your plane has front wings (their name just slipped my mind) or 4. you have a small thruster up front

I've created a Sketchup 6 model of the FA 37 with it's wings open - I'll find where it pivots and make a closed wing version. I won't be able to upload them for about a week however as I'm going on holiday in a few minutes.

I've had trouble with spelling cow but now its working.

Anyways I haven't found where it swings yet but just remember that the tail fins swing down and the wings swing forward into / under the forward canards.

That's a very good attempt though will need tonnes of reworking.
I'm not sure it wouldn't be easier to start with a new model instead of porting yours over.

I really feel bad for you guys so I'm going to leak this out. The VFA-49 will be releasing our F/A-37 very soon. It is highly detailed and the level of that detail is on par with the rest of our fleet. Wet your apetites and make sure to catch that drool on the floor. Cool

Yeah that F/A 37 only took two days, it's other purpose was just in case you guys needed some rough measurements.

EDIT

One other thing, if you can, could you make it a bit like the 241st Su-27 Demo Flanker in terms of performance, obviously with a lot more speed?
